TERMS OF USE
We may change the terms applicable to your use of the Site from time to time. By using the Site after such changes are made, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and any changes made to them. We may change, move, delete or add certain parts of our Site over time.
You agree that VEKTOR may send you e-mail messages for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to the Site, about any of VEKTOR’s products and services, or for other similar purposes in VEKTOR’s sole discretion.
Distance agreement
By accepting these Terms, you agree to the terms of the Distance Contract.
When concluding a distance contract, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless you have agreed a longer period with the seller. If the goods are post-paid, you must collect them from the courier or post office and then return them to the shop.
A distance contract is an agreement between a consumer and a seller or service provider on the basis of an offer made by the seller or service provider by means of an addressed or unaddressed printed matter, a standard letter, a catalogue, a press advertisement accompanied by an order voucher, telephone, facsimile, Internet, electronic mail, television, radio and other means of transmission or broadcasting of information (Article 12(1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
We offer four payment methods and six delivery methods.
1.0. Bank transfer, (After we receive your order, we will send an invoice to your E-mail address for payment)*
*After sending the invoice, the product is reserved for three days!

1.2. Payment by bank card and credit card in our online shop vektor.lv.
1.3 You can lease the goods in the online shop using the leasing services provided by Klix. *
*Minimum purchase amount – 70 Euro.
2.0. Postage within Latvia via Latvijas Pasts 3.00Euro. Delivery time 2-4 working days except holidays.
2.1 Postage within the EU via Latvijas Pasts 3.00Euro. Delivery time 3-6 working days excluding holidays.
2.2 Shipping costs via Omniva parcel machine in Latvia and EU (European Union) 3.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 working days. Including Saturdays.
2.3 Shipping costs via PDP parcel service in Latvia and EU (European Union) 3.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 working days. Including Saturdays.
2.4 Shipping costs via Omniva courier services in Latvia and EU (European Union) 7.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 working days. Including Saturdays.
2.5 Shipping costs via DPD courier services in Latvia and EU (European Union) 7.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 working days. Including Saturdays.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Returns without explanation are possible within 14 days of purchase. In this case, you need to write an application in free form, addressed to the company – SIA “VEKTOR” (legal address Preiļi region, Preiļi, Cēsu iela 11-1, LV-5301), and send it to the e-mail info@vektor.lv. The goods must then be returned or handed over to us at the vektor.lv shop (Brīvības iela 12, Preiļi), without undue delay. The consumer has the right to check the characteristics of the goods to the extent that this would be possible in an ordinary shop. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party whom the consumer indicated or authorised to receive the goods by notifying the order ID and who is not the carrier, received the goods for your own use. In order to comply with the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your application to exercise the right of withdrawal before its expiry.
Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if: the consumer has opened the packaging of a product for which, for health and hygiene reasons, they are not allowed to do so. This applies even if the packaging of these goods has been opened and/or the protective seal is broken; the consumer has destroyed or substantially damaged the packaging of the goods;
If the packaging is not damaged, but when you open it you see that: the goods have external damage; the parts specified in the delivery are missing, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and make a claim to us within three days of receipt of the goods. If you reject an item, we will refund all monies received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest of our standard delivery methods), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to reject the item in question. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of payment. Refunds are made within one working day (except Saturdays and Sundays)!
The Buyer has the right to change his mind and cancel the order immediately by informing the Seller of the cancellation during the Seller’s working hours by calling +371 26 547 082 or by sending a cancellation to the e-mail info@vektor.lv indicated on the website before the order is processed.
